-Description:
Zircodent blocks are made of partially yttrium settled tetragonal Zirconium dioxide structure, in different sizes either for milling by CAD/CAM or by pantograph, in order to make dental restoration prosthesis.

Working
Zircodent blocks can be either dry milled or by proper refrigerating liquid. Dry milling forms very thin powders that can irritate eyes, skin and damage lungs. Please make sure that the necessary aspiration plant is working perfectly. In the event in wich it comes milled with the aid of lubricant, to use exclusively produced ot sur biocompatibility When projecting structures please keep the following minimal thicknesses: 0,4 mm. for frontal elements, 0,6 mm. for laterals and pillar elements: as to connectors of the lateral elements we advise to keep a thickness of 0,9 mm..
We advise to clean accurately the milled part in order to eliminate powder and milling residuals.
The milled structure shortens by 20% roughly when sintering in the oven at 1500°C, so we recommend the usage of proper bearing which support it without preventing movements.

Put the structure into the oven and keep elements equidistant from irradiation source.

Sintering Cycle:
Please put the product into and out of the oven at a room temperature.

Heating Gradient: 3 °C/min.
Time: 120 minutes
Maximum Temperature: 1500 °C (1580 °C FOR TRANSLUCENT)
Cooling Gradient : 6 °C/min (if available in the program)
Opening of the oven at a maximum temperature : 150 °C

- Final Touches: After sintering, products must be worked only by tools in perfect conditions and water refrigerating. Avoid overheating of the ceramic body that would damage the structure.

- Ceramicsation: Please use specific ceramic for Zirconia (ISO 6872)

- Storing: materials can be kept in normal conditions (aired and dry places) without particular precautions.
- Disposal: please avoid releasing in superficial, phreatic or canalization waters.
Please dispose working residuals according to the laws in force, by authorized companies.

ATTENTIONS AND CONTROINDICATIONS:
In order to grant traceability, we advise to keep the product into its original packet along with usage instruction until it has to be used completely.

released during the working of the medical device).

During the working: aspire the powder from the object by proper tools; do not inhale powder;
Keep the product away from food, drinks when working; do not smoke, eat and drink when working.
After working wash hand and take care of your skin.

To protect personnel: wear gloves for hands, wear protective glasses for eyes. In case of contact with powder wash with water accurately and consult a physician. In case of ingestion: rinse your mouth and consult a physician. Protect your mouth with an anti-powder mask and wear protective light clothing.
